Where Does Taylor Swift Currently Live

If walls could talk, they’d be asking Taylor Swift a lot of things. Is she dating Travis Kelce? When is she releasing another album?

They’d also be talking about her many, many homes. Even as the music star is busy traveling around the world, she’s put quite a stamp on the real estate world. In fact, her portfolio, made up of eight properties, is worth more than $150 million, according to the Wall Street Journal. Her places go coast to coast with her first one being purchased 14 years ago.

Lately the question hasn’t been how many does she have, but where does she have homes. Why? So she can easily get to Kansas City, of course. Swift was spotted at the Chiefs vs. Bears game to watch her rumored love-interest Kelce. She doesn’t have any homes in the Midwest currently, and her closest is still miles away, but Kelce could change her mind.

For now, though, where does she live?

Where does Taylor Swift live?

Swift has a whopping four properties in Manhattan. Until recently, at least, as she won’t be walking Cornelia Street again. The West Village home was put up for sale in May for nearly $18 million. She rented the four-bedroom property in 2016 while her Tribeca home was undergoing renovations. The unit notably inspired her seventh studio album “Lover.” That Tribeca unit, where she spends most of her time, is really a three-in-one. She bought the penthouses at 153 Franklin Street in 2014 before expanding next door a few years later. There was still some space available on the block, so Swift bought 155 Franklin Street’s second-floor, 3,540-square foot apartment in 2018, bringing the total value of her Tribeca place to around $45 million.

Going south, it’s back to the place that started it all. At age 20, Swift purchased her first property in 2009 near Music Row in Nashville. The Adelicia houses her 3,240-square-foot condo with floor-to-ceiling windows. The star designed the place herself, calling it “whimsically girlie” and resembling a “shabby-chic Alice in Wonderland” style. Two years later, she bought the Northumberland Estate, also in Nashville, for $2.5 million. Spanning more than 5,000 square feet, this property was remodeled for Swift, and a recording studio was added.

In Beverly Hills, Swift’s house is a little different from her others. She bought the 1934 Samuel Goldwyn Estate in 2015 and was soon approved by the Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission to turn it into a historical landmark. Her and her architect plan to restore the mansion to 1934 condition, when it was built for Goldwyn, the famed Hollywood producer.

Back in the Northeast is Swift’s final property, the one that inspired many songs off “evermore.” The Watch Hill Estate in Westerly, R.I., sits at the town’s highest point with a view of the water, the perfect spot for Swift to host summer parties. This is likely the “Holiday House” that she mentions in her song “The Last Great American Dynasty.”
