What we are eating this week Sunday: Frozen leftovers and beets from the garden Monday: Left over homemade spaghetti Tuesday: Tacos Wednesday: Chicken risotto Thursday: Sausage au gratin Friday: Pizza Saturday: Smoked beef tenderloin (Matt just got a new book so I am super excited about this. I’ll even have to venture to a butcher to get the meat)

What I’m reminiscing about Our vacation last week. Just a little sneak peak at some of the fun we had. It was so nice to unplug and get away. A vacay post is in the works, don’t you worry. 😉

What I’m loving The fact that Fall is in the air. Because fall is the best. Football starts soon, and the weather turns cool. Don’t try to argue with me, you won’t change my mind. This was from last year, but really, I love photo taking in the fall.

What we’ve been up to Trying to get back in the swing of things after a 10 day vacation. It is hard yo.

What I’m dreading Honestly, I can’t say that I am dreading much right now.

What I’m working on I really want to get my daughter an MSU dress sewn. I just realized that the first game is this weekend, and she doesn’t have anything festive to wear.

What I’m excited about FALL BABY! Fall is my favorite season of them all. We have already made it to one cider mill, and hope to hit another one up tomorrow. I love the weather, and I love football, and I love all the stews and soups I can make! This picture showed up the other day on my Facebook feed. I can’t believe how little she was! We are still rocking the eye patch… yay <<sacarasm>>

What I’m watching/reading On our vacation I read four books! Yes four books (The Lucky Ones [which I did not like], Burn [Which I did like], and Alex Cross novel [I don’t remember which one], and… the last one escapes me, but it was two short stories and I liked it). When you have someone to watch the kids, you can get a lot of reading done. It was a great view!! I’m watching a lot of TV, but am a bit behind now that we were on break. AGT, Zoo, and Suits are my favorite right now.

What I’m listening to Bon Iver Radio on Pandora, but I need some new tunes. What are your favorite stations to listen to?? I’m also wondering if I should start listening to some podcasts? Do any of you blog while listening to podcast? Do you feel you can still get work done?

What I’m wearing Mostly capris and t-shirts/tank tops. I took this picture Up North, and the outfit has really been a staple. I love this tank top so much! I’ve been in a rut this summer, since I don’t have a whole lot of options. I’m excited for the fall when I am going start trying to wear a different outfit every day again. I did it in the winter, and it worked well.

What I’m doing this weekend Going to a fantasy football draft party(which reminds me, I should probably check out who I’m actually going to draft), watching the Spartans, smoking some beef tenderloin… it’s going to be a great weekend friends!

What I’m looking forward to next month I know I sound like a broken record but Fall. 🙂 Also, Annabelle is starting preschool for the first time, so I’m pretty stoked about that. In case you missed it, I did a DIY chalkboard

What else is new Honestly, not much new is going on here. Besides getting ready to send Annabelle to preschool for the first time, life is pretty much normal. 😉
