Cleaning your gym gloves by hand is incredibly easy. All you need is some basic hand soap (preferably anti-bacterial) and access to a sink. This process is so quick that I often do it while waiting for my kettle to boil for a cup of tea.

- Fill your sink with warm-ish, soapy water. I recommend using an anti-bacterial hand soap to kill off any germs. Keep the water relatively cool to avoid damaging the gloves.

- Turn each glove inside out and repeat the process to clean both sides.
- Squeeze out any excess water from the gloves.
