Season 1 aired its first episode on September 29, 2022, and went on its mid-season break on January 12, 2023. Then, it came back on February 2 with the renewal announcement for season 2, and season 1 finally ended with its 21st episode on May 18, 2023.

The original plan could have been for the series to return later in 2023. But the ongoing Writers’ and Actors’ strikes have definitely delayed season 2 as the scripts aren’t complete yet. So, we should expect a release date for season 2 sometime in 2024.

In season 2, the talented ensemble cast of Skylar Astin as Todd, Marcia Gay Harden as Margaret, Madeline Wise as Allison, Jeffrey Nordling as Gus Easton, and Tristen J. It will continue the interesting and heartfelt dynamic of Margaret and Todd, and the love story of Margaret and Gus, which only began towards the end of the first season.
