Based on the received registration forms and the Spring 2023 timetable (after the announcement of cancelled course classes), the QLĐT Department has released the official list of registered students for Ghoe. You can access the official list through the following link: Ghoe 2023 Official List.

Change of Classes

For students who have registered for classes that have been cancelled or postponed, if you have a desire to switch to another class, please provide the following information (student code, cancelled class, desired class) to the email address: [email protected]. Please send your request before December 12, 2022. After this deadline, students who have registered for cancelled or postponed classes and have not sent an email regarding class change will be removed from the list.
Grade Submission
To submit your Ghoe grade sheet to your professors, please follow these steps:
- Find the registered Ghoe courses by subject.
- Download the Excel file associated with that subject.
- In the downloaded file, locate the class you registered for in the respective sheets.
- Print the attendance and final grade sheets and submit them to your professors for attendance and grading purposes.

Tuition Fee Payment
Students who are officially registered for Ghoe are responsible for paying the tuition fee as per the following guidelines:
- Student Code – Full Name – Academic Year – Tuition fee payment for Ghoe Spring 2023.
- Bank Account Number: 999926666899 – Lien Viet Post Bank, Hanoi Branch.
- Tuition fee calculation formula: Amount per credit (depending on the student’s major) * Number of registered credits = Total tuition fee.
