Which Wich The Hub

Which Wich Superior Sandwiches is a delicious food joint with shops all across the nation that many people in Tallahassee already enjoy. The sandwich shop, with its unique ordering system and tasty menu options, is proud to announce the opening of its fourth Tallahassee location at The Hub on Tennessee Street on March 2nd. The grand opening includes an offer of a loyalty card for a free sandwich for the first 200 guests as well as an Elvis impersonator.

Which Wich opens today (Mar. 2) at the Hub on Tennessee Street. The restaurant has a wide variety of customizable subs and salads.

Which Wich is no stranger to success in the Tallahassee area, with their first location coming in 7th place for national sales in 2015. Part of their success is due to the variety of items available, including meat filled subs, lettuce wraps, salads, hand-dipped shakes, signature house chips and deliciously fresh cookies.

Their ordering system is great for people who don’t like the pressure of ordering and thinking on their feet with a line behind them because guests simply mark up pre-printed menus on sandwich bags with all of their specific preferences. To add to the aesthetic of their shop, they also offer newspaper reading stations, free Wi-Fi and an opportunity to draw on their sandwich bags in red Sharpie and hang it on the wall, making it a great place to relax, have fun and maybe even get some work done.

Items like the Elvis Wich, consisting of peanut butter, bacon, honey and banana show the creativity that goes into the menu. Craving something a little more savory? The Gyro, Cuban and the signature Wicked (turkey, ham, roast beef, pepperoni, bacon and three cheeses of your choice) are other available options.

“You can put whatever you want on your sandwich,” said manager Caleb Walz. “We have so many choices that pretty much anyone can really find something that they’ll love to eat and enjoy their experience here.”

Which Wich prides itself on customization has a unique ordering system that gives customers plenty of options to choose from.

This new location is particularly convenient for FSU students since it is right on Tennessee Street. It adds another quick option for any student or faculty member on their lunch break, and it is affordable to top it all off. Even though Which Wich has been an option for the Tallahassee community for a while now, it has never been this close and offers new convenient opportunities, especially with their online ordering option.

“This is a great location right in the center of FSU,” said Walz. “We haven’t had one this close to campus yet. People can walk from dorms here.”

The Tennessee Street location is open from 9 a.m. to midnight, Sunday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Management has expressed the possibility of staying open past 2 a.m. if the business is there. They are also looking into acquiring the technology to accept FSU Cash.

Another thing that Which Wich is proud of is their Project PB&J. This project is simple: for everyone PB&J they sell, they will donate another one to a local food organization within the community in order to help feed those in need. This is an ongoing, nationwide promotion with no expiration date, so at any point, customers are encouraged to order a PB&J to help out their community while simultaneously enjoying a delicious sandwich.

Whether you’re looking for a quick bite to eat close to campus, a place to get some work done in a friendly environment or a nice location to catch up with friends, the new Which Wich on Tennessee is the place to be. With delicious food and great incentives, it is soon to become one of the most popular nearby food locations for students and faculty members alike.
