Help Kith’rak Voss is a quest in Baldur’s Gate 3 that you can start in Act 3.
This quest starts when Voss visits your camp after you’ve confronted Vlaakith during Lae’zel’s personal quest “The Githyanki Warrior”.

Meet Voss in Baldur’s Gate
Voss will want us to meet him in Baldur’s Gate. Given that you’ll meet with Voss most likely during Act 2 (or very late Act 1), you’ll need to continue playing the game until you reach Act 3. At the start of this act you’ll be in Rivington, the town right outside Baldur’s Gate.
Find Voss in Sharess’ Caress

Once you reach Rivington, you can talk to Lae’zel once she has the ! above her head and she’ll want to talk to Voss at Sharess’ Caress.
You can find Voss inside a room on the third floor of the Sharess’ Caress. He’s inside the room alongside Raphael.
Here we see Voss practically begging Raphael for help in freeing their master, Orpheus. He tells Voss that he has nothing that would interest him, however, we do and we might be able to help. Eventually Voss will leave and it’ll be just us with Raphael. This triggers Raphael’s quest, which I’ll leave linked below. Do know, however, that it ties really close to Voss’s quest.

After the events with Raphael, go talk to Voss. He’s located on the second floor of Sharess’ Caress. What happens when talking to him changes depending on whether you accepted Raphael’s contract or not.
- Accept Raphael’s Contract: if you accept Raphael’s contract and sign it, he’ll hand over the Orphic Hammer without questioning. Showing it to Voss here and agreeing to free Orpheus will end the quest and he’ll give you the Silver Sword of the Astral Plane. Although it’s a very good weapon, it’s only useful for Lae’zel, or you if your OC is a Githyanki.

Refuse Raphael’s Contract: if you refuse the contract you can still get the hammer. This will of course be a MUCH more difficult task as you need to venture into Raphael’s House of Hope (his home) and steal said hammer. Sadly this also means you need to fight and KILL Raphael and he’s, in my opinion, one if not the toughest fight in the game. Link to how to enter this “House of Hope” will be linked below.
After you have the hammer, Voss will wait for you in the Sewers, just north of the waypoint. Open the door and show him the hammer. He’ll pretty much the same as before (if you signed Raphael’s contract) and give you the same Silver Sword (see above).
And after this, the quest will come to an end.
