Where Was The Lost Husband Filmed

The Lost Husband on Netflix is currently trending in the No. 2 slot on the streaming service’s “Top 10 in the U.S.” list, likely because we could all use a little cheesy romance in our life right now. And yes, this movie is exactly as melodramatic as the title suggests.

The Lost Husband—which was released on-demand in April and is based on Katherine Center’s 2013 novel of the same name—is not a Netflix original film. But it was recently added to the streaming service, and soon shot to the top of the trending charts. Written and directed by Vicky Wight, the plot centers on a single mother named Libby (Leslie Bibb) whose husband recently died. She moves herself and her two kids in with their great aunt Jean (Nora Dunn), who lives on a farm in the middle of nowhere. There she meets the handsome James O’Connor (Josh Duhamel), Jean’s “farm manager,” who shows her the ropes of farming. All sorts of sexy farm shenanigans ensue, including being locked in a giant refrigerator overnight.

It is, essentially, a Hallmark movie with slightly higher production value. Who says you have to wait until Christmas to indulge in that cheesy goodness? Here’s everything you need to know about The Lost Husband on Netflix, including The Lost Husband filming location, The Lost Husband soundtrack, The Lost Husband cast, and more.
