Fullrun was founded by Qingdao Fullrun Tyre Corp. Ltd in 2003. They are a Chinese company that specialise in tyre manufacturing and design, and domestic and foreign trading. Fullrun has been dedicated to high-tech tyre research and revelopment and building and expanding their brand and markets. The company has developed a series of world-class tyres, owns more than 30 national patents, and manufactures over 10 sizes to fill any gaps in the domestic market.

In 2008, Fullrun built a new 300,000 m2 production base in Qingdao, upping their annual production capacity to up to 1 million pieces. Last year, the production capacity was increased to 10 million pieces, with the annual output worth over RMB400 million. In 2010, the factory was awarded with the title of “High-Tech Enterprise” by the Chinese Government.
