Is Disney’s BoardWalk Free To Enter?

Similar to Disney Springs, Disney’s BoardWalk is also free to enter, but there are some catches you should know about, or else you might end up spending a bit of money to enjoy The BoardWalk.

No tickets or reservations are required to enter BoardWalk which are required for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

While BoardWalk is free to enter, parking can be tricky and you can end up paying $30+ if you aren’t careful about where you park.

Another important factor to keep in mind is while BoardWalk is free, you sometimes need a dining reservation to park at the neighboring resorts which will of course cost you money in other ways.

DISNEY’S YACHT & BEACH CLUB

Self-Parking for a single day at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club is free and provides direct access to BoardWalk.

Valet Parking at the Yacht & Beach Club is not free though.

DISNEY’S BOARDWALK INN

Self-Parking at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn is also free while Valet Parking is an additional fee.

SWAN, DOLPHIN & SWAN RESERVE

The Swan, Dolphin & Swan Reserve hotels do not have any free self-parking or valet parking options unless you’re dining at select restaurants.
