No, there are currently no plans for a Juice WRLD skin or crossover in Fortnite. At the time of writing Epic Games haven’t shared any details about a possible collaboration, and leaks have suggested that nothing is in the works.

Rumors began circulating that a skin or concert inspired by the rapper, who died in 2019, could arrive shortly after Fortnite OG was revealed, but leaker Shiina has since claimed this isn’t the case.

An Epic Games employee has confirmed to me that a Juice Wrld concert is NOT planned at the moment,” said the leaker.

Why do Fortnite players think Juice WRLD is coming?

The main source of the rumors that Juice WRLD is coming to Fortnite was the use of his 2017 song Lucid Dreams in the Season OG trailer. Fans have been desperate for a skin or concert from the rapper for many years and many felt that using this song was a tease from Epic Games.

However, it seems that the decision to feature Lucid Dreams in the Fortnite OG trailer could have been based more on when the song was released rather than a hint of what’s to come. The single was released in May 2018, just two months before the first Fortnite Chapter 5, which is also the starting point of Fortnite OG.

This isn’t the first time that a Juice WRLD crossover has come up in Fortnite. Back in 2022, the late rapper’s manager, Peter Jideonwo, said in an Instagram Live that he’d been pushing for the collab to happen, but nothing ever came of it.

“We definitely need Juice WRLD on Fortnite. We’ve been trying our hardest and that’s also a work-in-progress. We’ve actually got a meeting,” he said.
