OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING CLASS PLANTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS SETTLEMENT WITH THE LAN DEFENDANTS
On November 15, 2023, the Court issued an Opinion and Order granting preliminary approval of a new class settlement with the LAN Defendants, which would add additional funds to the Settlement Fund. A copy of the Opinion can be found HERE.

You are automatically considered a claimant for this new LAN settlement. If you did not register for the current settlement and did not file a claim form, you may register for the new LAN settlement. A copy of the Notice and Notice Packet for this new LAN Settlement can be found HERE. The deadline to register for the LAN settlement and file claim forms and all supporting documentation is January 16, 2024.
