Should’ve Killed Me When You Had The Chance

Conor McGregor is known to have given some of the best iconic lines to date. Apart from his fighting skills, fans love his trash talk, plus his ability to sell fights. The Irish fighter has also had many rivals over the years. His rivalry with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Nate Diaz is still talked about.

McGregor lost against Diaz during their first bout at UFC 196. However, he came back stronger to defeat Diaz in their second bout. ‘The Notorious’ spit some iconic lines before their fight, which left Joe Rogan speechless.

McGregor said, “He should have killed me when he had the chance. Because now, I’m back and I am going to kill you and your whole f**king team. You and them b**ch kids.”

While the fighter walked away after saying this, Rogan was stunned, and his expression was priceless.

A very motivated McGregor went on to win the fight through a majority decision. Next, we also defeated Eddie Alvarez via a T/KO. Unfortunately, his two-fight winning streak was stopped when Khabib successfully submitted him at the UFC 229. But the worst was yet to come.

Post this huge loss, McGregor defeated Donald Cerrone through a T/KO. But both his bouts against Dustin Poirier didn’t go as expected. Their second bout witnessed McGregor’s broken leg and subsequent surgery for the same. Thus, the fighter hasn’t stepped in the octagon after UFC 246.

Joe Rogan and his reactions

His iconic lines are still a big part of his career and fans always look back at them. The fighter also has a tendency to leave reporters speechless with his witty comebacks. So him leaving Joe Rogan wide-eyed is no surprise.
