What is Where’s My Tech?

Where’s My Tech is a day-of appointment text and email messaging system that will notify customers that their technician is en route to their appointment. Messages will be sent via an automated dispatch system from a (216) area code. Messages will be sent 15-30 minutes prior to the technician arriving at your home. The message will include a Where’s My Tech link so that the customer can track their technician traveling to their appointment. Once the technician has arrived to the customer’s home and starts the job, that link will expire and no longer be valid.

Reminder Notification: Calls, Text, & Emails (2 – 3 days prior to appointment):

  • All automated calls, are made from (216) area code and the initial call is delivered at 8:00 am HST daily, Sunday through Saturday. If the first call is not answered, either in person or by an answering machine or voice mailbox, another call will be delivered 15 minutes later. If the call is still not answered, no additional attempts will be made.
  • For text, messages will be sent from our dispatch system from (216) area code at 8:00am HST daily, Sunday through Saturday. Only one attempt will be made to deliver message.
  • For email, messages will be sent from our dispatch system at 8:00am HST daily, Sunday through Saturday. Only one attempt will be made to deliver message. Messages will come from [email protected].

Day-of Appointment Notifications:

  • Call: Technicians will continue to call the customer when s/he is en route to the customer’s home to advise when s/he will arrive.
  • For text, messages will be sent from our dispatch system from (216) area code. Text will be sent to the customer when the Technician starts to travel to the location. Only one attempt will be made to deliver a message from the dispatch system.
    • Where’s My Tech link will be included in a Text message. This link will allow customers to track the technician when s/he is on the way to the appointment.
  • For email, messages will be sent from our dispatch system and come from [email protected]. Emails will be sent to customers when the technician starts to travel to the location. Only one attempt will be made to deliver a message from the dispatch system.
    • Where’s My Tech link will be included in Text message. This link will allow the customer(s) to track the technician when s/he is on the way to the appointment.
