But, going past level 10, you might have received a letter from the Band of Smiles tasking you with the duty of getting rid of the pesky monsters that live there.
The Band of Smiles is the official Coral Island Adventurer’s Guild that gives you a questline of the same name and later instructs you to visit their headquarters. Unfortunately for us, curious adventurers, this important building is not marked in the game’s map.

The Band of Smiles quest starts right after the Entrance Exam mission in Coral Island. After reaching level 10 in the Earth mine, Kira, leader of Band of Smiles, sends you a letter and instructs you to take an entrance test before you can officially join the guild.
The Entrance Exam quest requires you to defeat 30 monsters in the mines. After you have defeated the monsters, you get a note from Kira the next day, asking you to visit the guild and pledge your allegiance. Then all that’s left to do is find the guild headquarters and join as a member.

The Band of Smiles headquarters is located next to your farm in the top left corner near the forest. You can follow the path to the left of your farm and go up to Kira’s farm to trigger the cutscene or go through the top path towards the mines and take a left when the path diverges.
You can refer to the image above for a better grasp of the location. Once you are done with the mission, you can visit the hideout whenever and accept requests from the guild’s board to help out your fellow guild members.
The guild also provides various upgrades like powerful weapons to fight monsters in the mines and rings with special abilities that let you heal, sprint, use less stamina during farming, etc.
