Eileen Moore is a judge for Division 3 of the California 4th District Court of Appeal. She assumed office on December 22, 2000. Her current term ends on January 8, 2035.

Moore ran for re-election for the Division 3 judge of the California 4th District Court of Appeal. She won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.

Education

Moore attended the University of California at Irvine, graduating in 1975. She received her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1978. Moore also holds an LL.M. in judicial process from the University of Virginia.[1][2][3]

Military service

Moore served as a combat nurse with the U.S. Army Nurse Corps during the Vietnam War.

Career

After graduating from law school, Eileen Moore worked in the Law Offices of Herbert Hafif until 1989. That year, she was appointed to the Orange County Superior Court, where she served until her appointment to the California Fourth District Court of Appeal in 2000.[1][2]
