Why Are My Ticketmaster Tickets Not Eligible For Resale

If someone has made an offer for your tickets, you’ll have the option to sell your tickets today – taking the waiting out of selling. The offers will vary depending on the event. We can’t guarantee that another offer will be made before your event if you don’t accept it during the review process.

Offers are received from trusted, independent third parties. Ticketmaster is not involved in creating the offers presented or purchasing the tickets when offers are accepted. This option isn’t available in Canada.

Visit our blog for more information.

To see your offer and sell your tickets, follow these steps:

    1. Sign into your My Account.
    2. Tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn’t the primary ticket provider.
    3. Select the tickets you want to sell and tap Continue.
    4. If the option is available, select Sell Your Tickets Now.
    5. Select Review & Accept Offer to view the details of the offer and enter your preferred method of payment.
