The distressing video one grieving family wants every driver to watch
“It’s a major thing to restore it. It has to be stripped down to the chassis, re-built and resprayed. We would like to do it as soon as possible.”
The truck recently took part in a memorial run for Burt Reynolds along the M25 and it was joined by a copy of the truck used in Smokey and the Bandit.
Thousands of people came to watch the event and people waited on bridges over the motorway to catch a glimpse of the vehicle.
The truck will be at the Rockingham Motor Speedway this weekend where people will have the opportunity to drive it.
