Then comes the Barrows gloves (+12), Dragon gloves (+9), Rune gloves (+8), Granite gloves (dropped by the Grotesque Guardians)/Regen bracelet/Adamant gloves (+7). Both Regen bracelet and Granite gloves are tradeable, and you can buy them from the Grand Exchange.

The best gloves are Zaryte vambraces, dropped by Nex, providing a +18 ranged attack bonus. And you can also purchase them for more than 200M OSRS gold coins from the Grand Exchange.
The second-best ones are Barrow gloves (+12), and then comes the Black spiky vambraces/3rd age vambraces/God bracers/Ranger gloves/Black d’hide vambraces (+11).

Zaryte vambraces are the only gloves that provide a +2 ranged strength.

The best item is the Tormented bracelet, which provides a +10 Magic attack bonus. Firstly, use a gold bar, a zenyte, and a bracelet mould to make a Zenyte bracelet at the furnace with 95 Crafting. Then cast the Lvl-7 Enchant spell on it with 93 Magic, 20 soul runes, 20 blood runes, and 1 cosmic rune. Or you can purchase it from the Grand Exchange.
Then comes the Barrows gloves (+6), Dragon gloves/Infinity gloves (+5), and Rune gloves/Adamant gloves/Bloodbark gauntlets (purchased from Grand Exchange)/Lunar gloves (created during the Lunar Diplomacy quest) (+4). Or you can use the Regen bracelet, Combat bracelet, Gloves of darkness, Mystic gloves, and Swampbark gauntlets, purchased from the Grand Exchange, providing a +3 Magic attack bonus.
Magic Damage
The only item is the Tormented bracelet that provides a +5% Magic damage bonus.
Prayer Bonus
Holy wraps provide a +3 Prayer bonus, which is the best. Then comes the Tormented bracelet (+2), Zaryte vambraces/Ancient ceremonial gloves (bought from the Grand Exchange)/White gloves (bought from Sir Vyvin after completing the Wanted! quest or from the Grand Exchange)/God bracers (+1).
