1. If you purchase any Serta mattress or mattress set online (excluding Serta Sleep-To-Go Mattresses and Mattresses in Box), it will include White Glove Delivery + service at no additional cost! If needed, look the item up on our website and it will tell you if it comes with White Glove Delivery, but if it isn’t stated on the product page, it doesn’t come with White Glove Delivery.

2. Estimated Delivery is 10-12 business days to standard delivery zones, remote delivery zones make take longer.

3. Delivery is not available to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii

4. Upon receipt of your online order, Serta begins production of your bed, which takes approximately 5 business days. After production, your order is shipped by a local XPO carrier, who will transport the order to an XPO delivery hub closest to the members address, where they will call to schedule a delivery date and time.

5. Upon arrival at your home, delivery service will remove bedding from outer packaging.

6. Please inspect bed completely for damages before it is setup.

7. Delivery team will remove all wasted and packing materials from premises. Delivery team will carry mattress/boxspring to desired room and place on bed (up to 2 flights of stairs).

8. Delivery team will set up bed frames and attach headboards/footboards (if no tools are required) at your desired location.

9. Used bedding will be moved to another location within the premises or removed/hauled away from the premises, upon your request.

NOTE: Carriers have the right to refuse to pick up if the old mattress or set is deemed a biohazard. In this case, you will have to dispose of the item at your own expense.
