Thanks to Austin McBroom’s Social Gloves platform, a new form of boxing has been presented to the world. McBroom himself will face off against fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib on Sept. 10 at Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles.
McBroom fought in the inaugural Social Gloves event in June 2021, defeating Bryce Hall via TKO. Also on that card, AnEsonGib beat Tayler Holder via unanimous decision after a controversial initial scoring of a majority draw. McBroom and AnEsonGib were supposed to meet on July 30 but the bout and card were postponed because of medical issues surrounding AnEsonGib.

Joining McBroom and AnEsonGib on this year’s Social Gloves card will be former NFL running backs Adrian Peterson and Le’Veon Bell as well as former NBA player Nick “Swaggy P” Young.
