Nectar Free Shipping Policy & FAQs

All mattress orders ship free within the contiguous United States with Nectar. There’s a non-refundable fee ($150 per large item) for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

How Long Does It Take Items to Arrive?

Items should arrive within 3-5 business days unless your mattress has been back-ordered.

What Is Nectar White Glove Service?

For an additional $149, you can select White Glove Service at checkout to have your mattress delivered and set up in your room, as well as haul existing beds away. This service charges $45 for each additional item set up and adds an extra day or two to your delivery time. You’ll receive a call 1-3 days after your purchase to schedule a delivery date with your local provider.

Note: Nectar has currently paused White Glove Service. They now use No Contact Delivery to protect their community’s health.

How Do You Track Nectar Orders?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your Nectar order has been shipped. If you select White Glove Service, you’ll receive a call from the White Glove Service provider within 1-3 days to coordinate a delivery date.

Will Nectar Haul Away Old Mattresses?

If you select White Glove Service ($159) at checkout, your White Glove Service provider will haul your old mattress off at the time of delivery.

Nectar 365-Day Trial & Return Policy

Nectar offers the longest trial period in their industry—365 days, to be exact! That time frame allows you to test out the mattress during the summer and winter months to see how its durability and cooling features stack up in your climate.

If you decide the Nectar mattress isn’t for you, you have 365 days to return opened and used mattresses. Unopened mattresses must be returned within 90 days. Mattresses will be removed free of charge, and you’ll receive a full refund in your original payment method.

  • How to Cancel an Order: After you make your purchase, you can cancel your order at any time before processing.
  • How to Return a Mattress: To return a Nectar mattress within your 365-day trial period, fill out this form. Nectar will find a local donation center for your bed, and you’ll receive a full refund (minus shipping fees, White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional value). Any promotional gifts you received with your mattresses, such as pillows, sheet sets and mattress protectors, are yours to keep.
    • Note: Products shipped outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for returns.

Nectar Forever Warranty

Nectar’s Forever Warranty gives you added peace of mind for the entire life of your mattress. For the first ten years of ownership, you’ll get a replacement Nectar mattress of equal or greater value free of charge. After ten years of ownership, Nectar will repair, recover, or replace your mattress at their discretion. The $50 transportation cost (each way) will be waived if Nectar confirms a defect.

  • Deterioration that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1.5” that’s not due to improper or unsupportive foundation or bed base
  • Any physical flaw that causes the foam material to degrade, split, or crack
  • Any manufacturing defect in the assembly of the mattress cover
  • Any product that removed the cover
  • Any damage due to environmental causes
  • Products subjected to misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Normal increase in softness of foam material
  • Comfort preference
  • Defects caused by physical abuse, such as burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains
  • Mattresses sold “as-is” or any wording that indicates another consumer has previously owned the mattress
