Please remember that the “Regenerate your Dainese leather clothing” service only refers to leather items of clothing, i.e. jackets, trousers and leather suits (two-piece or professional).
Dainese do not offer any other type of service specifically for cleaning leather items.

Given the complex nature of their structure, it is not possible to re-stitch the knees on the most recent models of leather suits.
Dainese reserve the right to refuse, i.e. return not regenerated, items of leather clothing that are in a “critical” condition. This applies particularly to blood stains or residual dirt (mud and/or similar) which have penetrated deep into the leather. This pertains particularly to leathers that need special treatment (e.g. items made with Vintage leather). Dainese will make the decision about whether an item is “critical” or not.
Please also note that the results of the service supplied depend on the condition in which items are received, on their wear and on the care that has been taken of them over time.
