The process is pretty simple if you want to clean your golf glove while on the golf course. This isn’t the ideal way since it will take some time out of your round and you will need an extra glove for the rest of the round.

Pour cold water on the spot(s) of the glove that need cleaned.
Lightly rub the dirty areas until the dirt and grime are out of the glove.
Let air dry either on the cart or hanging from your golf bag

Tips:

It’s easiest and most effective to keep the glove on your hand while pouring water and cleaning it
Bring another glove if you are going to clean it on the course, the glove will be damp for the rest of the round.
