All these orders were orders that I reassigned without even arriving at the restaurant, you can confirms these using my location. For the Carrefour order I was given the first order from Passo Centurione Bracelli, 5R, 16142 Genova GE, Italia which went to deliver and after delivery I was given another order from the same location which I immediately rejected because the delivery point was very far.

On 18th December, 2023, I was given an order from Rooster which I took to the delivery point and it was a large order but I carried all without complaining and upon my return to the center I got another order from the same Rooster which I reassigned Immediately.

I have never received any money from any client fraudulently at any point in time since I stared working with my app. I also wish to state that on many occasions, after reassigning an order, I still receive instructions to check the status of the order on my app and these are orders that I have already reassigned. I did not go to PENNY Shop to receive any order

Please I wish to reiterate that I did not carry out all these breaches.

Since I was granted access to my app in the year 2022, I have always work in accordance with the rules and regulations. I think there is a mix- up here and I strongly urge you to do this investigation thoroughly and pin these infractions to the appropriate riders who actually committed them as I am restless and confused because I have never experienced anything of this nature since I started working with my app.
