To get the Golden Gloves, you must enter the Lucky 38, a casino located on the Strip.

If this is your first time entering the Strip, a securitron will approach you and invite you to the Lucky 38. If you’ve been to the Strip before, the securitron will be waiting by the entrance to the casino instead.

You may need to speak to the securitron before he opens the door for you.

Once inside, you should see a staircase on your left. Walk over to it and use it to walk up to the bar at the top of the stairs.

Once you’re up there, you should see a wooden shelf behind the bar. The Golden Gloves are laying on the top shelf, alongside a Boxing Times magazine.

Tips for using the Golden Gloves

The Golden Gloves deal very little actual damage but deal immense Fatigue damage. Most humanoid enemies will have around 250 Fatigue HP, which means that you’ll knock out an enemy in 5 hits. A knocked-out enemy will not die, but will instead fall unconscious for 30 seconds before waking up.
- This makes this weapon one of the best weapons to use during pacifist playthroughs, during which you don’t kill any enemies.
If a target doesn’t take fatigue damage (as is the case for most robots), the Golden Gloves will deal 15 regular damage instead.
