Headlight Bulb Replacement Video – 1999-2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 (1st Generation)

Check out these two great videos on how to change your headlight bulbs in your 1999-2002 and 2003-2006 Chevy Silverado 2500, respectively. Both are very simple and essentially identical.

The main difference is that the 1999 to 2002 version has 2 pins that run along the back of the headlight to secure it and 2003-2006 has only one on top of the assembly.

You won’t need any tools to access and change your bulbs. We recommend wearing gloves to prevent getting fingerprints on them.
