Hello everyone, welcome to Part 1 of our Walkthrough for Magical Creatures Everywhere Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. This adventure is available for students of Year Four and above. Once you start it, you’ll have a bit under four days to complete it, which will grant you the achievement and ten red notebooks you can use for adopting various Magical Creatures. Let’s dive right back into the Wizarding World and see what this adventure is about!

(Disclaimer: This walkthrough will feature the gameplay from the perspective of a Year 4 student. Since the adventure is available for students of Year 4 and above, the star and attribute requirements for certain tasks might be different for you, depending on your current progress of the main story.)
As soon as you start, Hagrid will ask you to meet him in the Clocktower Courtyard. Hit the GO button and proceed there once you’re ready. Upon arriving, you can interact with some of your friends. Tap on their speech bubbles if you are curious to see what they have to say.
After that, you’ll learn that a lot of Magical Creatures escaped, and apparently, they are all over the castle. Thankfully, Amos Diggory arrived to help with the situation.
Next, you’ll receive a task to discuss the escaped creatures. To complete it, you need to earn five stars within an hour. The passing requirement is only one star.
If you are looking to save as much energy as possible, you should earn a single star and wait for the timer to run out. However, if you want to earn some additional rewards and a chance for chocolate frogs, it is recommended to fully complete this task. It is also worth noting there are bonus progress actions tied to Professor Kettleburn, Amos Diggory, and Barnaby.
When you are done, you’ll learn that there is a whole bunch of different creatures roaming around Hogwarts. Amos will ask how you are planning to deal with them. You have three options to choose from. Each one leads to the same outcome, so feel free to pick the one you prefer.
Moments later, you’ll receive the task to meet Hagrid and Fang in the Transfiguration classroom. Proceed there when you are ready. Shortly after you arrive, you’ll decide to search the classroom for Creatures.
This task is fairly similar to the previous one with one key difference – all five stars are required to pass. Because of this, you want to avoid having an empty energy bar before starting the task.

There is a bonus progress action linked to Hagrid. Prioritize it whenever it is available to save a bit of energy.
When you are done, you’ll notice a suspicious-looking cauldron. Perhaps casting Reparifarge will reveal its secrets?
It appears that a Kneazle was transfigured into a cauldron by one of the students.
Hagrid will ask if you know anything about Kneazles. You have three response options. The correct answer is that they can sense suspicious behavior, so it is suggested to pick that one and gain 15 Knowledge points as a reward.
Soon after, you’ll receive a task to meet Professor Flitwick. Hit the GO button and proceed to the Charms Classroom when ready.
It appears that the classroom is filled with fairies, but somehow, they disappeared by the time Professor Flitwick grabbed his wand.
Looks like you’ll have to look around and see if the creatures are hiding anywhere within the classroom. To do that, you’ll need to earn five stars within three hours. Since all five stars are needed to pass, it is not recommended to start this task if you are low on energy.
The only bonus progress action available for this task is tied to the pile of books and it is recommended to complete it whenever it’s available.
When you are done, you’ll tell Flitwick that you noticed something glittery and heard buzzing sounds while you were searching for creatures. He’ll ask you what creatures you think they are.
You have three response options. It is recommended to pick the first option since it is the correct answer and will grant you 15 Empathy and 5 House Points.

Next, you’ll need to cast the Knockback Jinx to force the Fairies out of hiding.
The spell will work and several Fairies will emerge from beneath the desk. Professor Flitwick will demonstrate his magical skills by casting the Immobulus Charm on a whole bunch of Fairies at once.
Your next task is to meet Madam Pomfrey in the Hospital Wing. Once you get there, she’ll tell you there is a Porlock behind one of the beds. It seems to be very shy, which is why it’s hiding there.
You’ll then be tasked to figure out why Porlock is in the Hospital Wing. This task requires you to earn five stars within three hours. One star is needed to pass.
Make sure to slide the screen left and right to see all the available actions. There are actions with bonus progress tied to your character and a nearby bed. Prioritize those if you want to save some energy.
When you are done, you will find a horse toy. Since Porlocks are known for guarding horses, it might be a good idea to give it the toy. The Porlock will appreciate the gesture.
Madam Pomfrey will ask if you know what Porlocks eat. You have three response options. The correct answer is the third one – grass, and it will earn you fifteen Courage points.
Shortly after, Part 1 of the Magical Creatures Everywhere adventure will be completed. Hit the Collect button to claim your reward. You will receive 100 Coins.
