I absolutely adore a sandwich, and I’ve been known to make them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all on the same day.

We’re not talking about any old sandwich here though. We’re talking about the Bombay grilled sandwich.

It’s undoubtedly one of the greatest sarnies of all time, and the Indian flavours just work beautifully with lentil soup.

It’s ideal for mopping up your soup, and it always feels like a lovely treat.

Steak kebabs always remind me of sunny holidays in hot countries, and barbecues enjoyed at the beach with a few beers and plenty of good conversation.
