What is A PRX-T33 Skin Treatment?

PRX, or, more specifically, PRX-T33 bio revitalizer, is a proprietary compound consisting of TCA, hydrogen peroxide, and Kojic acid. Unlike other high-percentage TCA peels, the addition of hydrogen peroxide in PRX drastically reduces, and nearly eliminates, common side effects like pain and peeling.
In low concentrations, hydrogen peroxide promotes the healing of skin and remodels your skin’s extracellular matrix, drastically eliminating the pain of conventional TCA peels and regulating any inflammation. The compound’s third main ingredient, Kojic acid, is a depigmenting agent that inhibits post-inflammatory effects in those commonly susceptible.
Who is PRX-T33 For?
Worried that a PRX Peel might not be for you? Don’t be! PRX is safe and effective for healthy men and women of all ages who would like to tighten loose skin on their face and body, lighten pigmentation, or simply improve the appearance and feel of acne and superficial scars.
What Happens During a PRX Treatment?
The first step to a safe, effective, and pain free PRX treatment is a quick facial cleanse, followed by the application of a preparing solution. Next, the PRX compound is applied to your skin utilizing firm pressure. Approximately two to four layers of PRX-T33 are applied. Next, the compound is gently rinsed off with water prior to the application of a nutrient rich moisturizer. Since the treatment bypasses the layer of skin known as the epithelium, there’s no pain, and best of all, no peeling!
In addition, there are NO needles, and no downtime. The growth factors stimulated during the treatment trigger a process that minimizes lines and retexturizes the skin, but that’s not all.
How Can A PRX Treatment Benefit Me?
Our PRX biorevitalization peel treatment is utilized to address a number of skin imperfections. And while the treatment is particularly successful on the face, particularly around the eye area, it can help all parts of your skin by reducing the appearance of:
- Scarring from acne
- Stretch marks
- Melasma (brown patches)
- Lines from aging and sun damage
- Wrinkles
- Dilated pores
A fast and effective PRX treatment can give you immediate firming, hydration, and tightening results that will continue following the treatment, leaving you with a dewy glow. And since there’s zero risk of bruising or swelling, you don’t have to worry about hiding until your positive results are visible. Best of all, PRX treatment is non-photosensitising, so it can be done before you spend extended time in the sun without risking hyperpigmentation.
