I am very familiar with flare leggings. I wore them through most of high school and college. They bring back a lot of memories for me. When I look back on how I wore these trends when I was younger, I don’t think that I was paying much attention to the way to properly wear flare pants. I remember how I use to wear flare leggings under my cheerleading uniform in high school and in college I would bunch them up into my Uggs.
