Mix together 2 cups of cooked chicken with ¾ cup of your favorite buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Frank’s redhot sauce is classic, but you can use your favorite brand.

Add 8 ounces of cream cheese and ½ cup of ranch dressing, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and black pepper to taste. Pour that into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and hot. Garnish it with chopped green onions and some blue cheese crumbles. It’s the perfect appetizer for your super bowl party!

Add the leftover dip to a rolled out pizza dough. Top it with lots of shredded mozzarella cheese and then bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the pizza is bubbly and hot. Garnish the pizza with ranch dressing and blue cheese crumbles.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Mix the buffalo chicken dip into a pound of cooked pasta. Mix it well and add two cups of cheddar cheese. Pour the pasta into a baking dish and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees or until the pasta is bubbly and hot.
