What To Wear To A Trampoline Park

Visiting a trampoline park is a great family-friendly activity – kids of all ages can tire themselves out after bouncing non-stop, and parents can either join in the fun or relax on the sidelines with a hot drink.

Though before you decide to visit a trampoline park, there are some things you should know ahead of time, such as what to bring to a trampoline park, what to wear at a trampoline park, and other necessities for trampoline park outings.

So let’s get you all clued up on some trampoline park essentials.

Trampoline Park Attire: What to Wear at a Trampoline Park

Here at High Altitude, we recommend you wear athletic clothing when you come to bounce on our trampoline park, and that’s the usual dress code for trampoline parks wherever you go.

It’s good to wear clothing that offers some stretch, as trampolining takes a lot of movement – there’s bouncing, stretching, leaping, running, and all that other good stuff going on. Here are some ideas on proper attire for a trampoline park:

  • Tracksuit bottoms
  • Sports tops
  • Stretchy shorts
  • Shorts/skirts with leggings

Can you wear a dress at a trampoline park? If it’s a hot day out and you want to wear a dress when you go trampolining, you can do so, but we would strongly recommend you wear leggings and a loose top also.

Here are some trampoline park outfit ideas to help you come up with your bounce-appropriate look.

  • Comfortable top
  • Skirt with leggings
  • High Altitude anti-slip socks
  • Athletic t-shirt
  • Tracksuit bottoms
  • Shorts
  • High Altitude anti-slip socks

Anti-Slip Socks: Must-Haves For Trampoline Park Visits

It’s common for trampoline parks to politely ask guests to wear their brand of anti-slip socks. At High Altitude, it is compulsory for everyone who wants to bounce on our trampolines to wear these socks.

If you’re visiting us for the first time, a pair of jump socks will be added to your admission fee, then, after that, remember these for your trampoline park packing list and bring that same pair every time you come and bounce with us.

Why do you have to wear jump socks?

  • These socks are specially designed to keep you from slipping over on the different surfaces found at a trampoline park
  • Every day we welcome lots of people to our park, so by ensuring everyone wears their socks, we can eliminate any hygiene risks

With your jump socks, you’re good to go. You don’t even need shoes for a trampoline park!

And here’s a hot tip – when having a turn on our inflatables, turn your socks inside out to avoid sticking to the slide.

Do Trampoline Parks Have Lockers?

We can’t speak for all trampoline parks, but at High Altitude, we have lockers available to store anything you want.

We get it, trampolining is great but the last thing anyone wants is to lose their valuables at a trampoline park – such valuables as phones, wallets and keys. So if you have no one to watch your belongings, you can use our lockable lockers.

We also have plenty of space for storing coats and shoes safely while you have fun on our trampolines.

Arrive Early For Your Bounce Session

Forget the trampoline park essentials and worrying about trampoline park dress guidelines for a moment. One of the most important things to remember is to arrive early for your booking.

We like to tell our customers that it’s a good idea to arrive a little bit early for your trampoline session; we find that arriving 20 minutes early is the sweet spot. Why is this? Because when you arrive, we first have to check you in, take a look to see if waivers have been completed, and ensure you know all of our safety measures before bouncing.

So by arriving early, we can get this boring (but important) stuff out of the way nice and quick before your session starts – this ensures you get to enjoy the full amount of time you’ve booked for on the trampolines.

Safety Comes First

Here’s an important thing to know about trampolining – safety comes first.

At High Altitude, we have safety guidelines put in place that keep everyone safe and having as much fun as possible. Our court monitors are constantly keeping an eye out to make sure all jumpers and guests respect our safety rules and aren’t doing anything to put themselves or others in danger.

What to Bring to a Trampoline Park?

If you’re struggling to think of items to bring to a trampoline park, you don’t have to worry too much.

Because if you’re visiting somewhere like High Altitude, almost everything you need is already here. For example, we have:

  • Unlimited fruit squash to keep you hydrated – no need to bring a water bottle if you don’t want to
  • Our own anti-slip socks – even if you forget your own pair, you can purchase a new pair at our reception
  • An on-site café serving up food and drink – you don’t need to bring a lunchbox and due to health and safety, no self-catering is allowed at our park
  • Seating by the court – there’s no need to bring your own seating as we have plenty

Though, we would advise all bouncers to bring an extra layer of clothing, especially in colder months, just in case. Apart from that, you don’t have to worry too much about a trampoline park packing list, as we’ve got most of it all covered!
