Erin Krakow and Daniel Lissing will once again be teaming up for a new holiday movie as part of the Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas event later this year. The actress alerted fans by posting a video on social media that panned across the set of a small town and when the camera stopped on a couple… they turned around and it was revealed to be Krakow and Lissing — back filming together!

“I’m so happy to be working alongside my dear friend Daniel Lissing on Hallmark Channel’s Christmas movie Santa Tell Me!” Krakow cheered and you can get your first look at their reunion here.
For those who don’t remember, in Season 5 of When Calls the Heart, Jack and Elizabeth married after he, along with other Mounties, returned home safely from the Northern Territories. It was only days later when he was sent away on another mission and this time, Elizabeth went along with as sort of a honeymoon. However, while in Fort Clay, Jack was killed in a landslide and it was later revealed that Elizabeth had been carrying their child, who we know today as Jack Thornton Jr.
While we’d love for Jack to come back from the dead on When Calls the Heart, this isn’t daytime TV, so we’ll settle for the next best thing — and can’t wait to see what the new movie has in store for the stars. For now, you can watch all seasons of When Calls the Heart on Hallmark Movies Now.
