Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 leaks & expected content
After Chapter 5 Season 1 introduced players to a brand-new map with a moving train and Society bosses, leaks suggest Chapter 5 Season 2 will have a Greek mythology theme.
This will bring some themed skins and cosmetics alongside NPCs some leakers believe are none other than the Greek Gods. Dataminers found a new lightning spawn effect that suggests Zeus will show up in matches as a boss that players will need to defeat.
According to reliable leaker HYPEX, the season is “codenamed ‘Aiga’ (αίγα) which means ‘Goat’ in Greek.”
It’s expected that many Greek Gods get their skins with different styles so players can choose between a classic look or a modernized one. Rumors also suggest a new LTM focused on Fortnite character Midas, which is already a modernized version of the mythological king.

Now, with the 28.30 update live, dataminers have found even more evidence of a Greek theme. A teaser image shows the three-headed dog Cerberus, and a new skin codenamed ‘Oddysey’ which sports a Corinthian-style helmet with a fiery plume. On top of that, a map change seems to show a hand lifting Pandora’s box.
Rumors also suggest LEGO Fortnite will feature a Ninjago collaboration bringing characters, buildings, and enemies to the survival game.
None of this has been confirmed by Epic Games yet, so we recommend taking it with a pinch of salt. However, leakers believe the February updates of Chapter 1 will add teasers of what’s coming next for the battle royale. Make sure to check this article often to stay up to date.
