When Does Curmel Moton Fight

In a battle between unbeaten prospects, Curmel Moton will take on Anthony Cuba in a six-round junior lightweight tilt on the non-televised undercard of the Tim TszyuSebastian Fundora fight Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Moton (2-0, 2 KOs), a highly touted 17-year-old, has drawn attention since turning pro last year and notching a pair of knockout victories over previously unbeaten foes. Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, and now residing in Las Vegas, Moton ended both of his first pro fights in one round, stopping Ezequel Flores in September and Hunter Turbyfill in November.

Cuba (7-0-2, 3 KOs), from Los Angeles, added three wins to his ledger in 2023, including most recently dominating Angel Barrera across six rounds on his way to a unanimous decision in December. The 21-year-old Cuba has fought professionally since 2020, putting together his latest three-fight winning streak following a split draw in September 2022.

The event, featuring four world title fights, is headlined by a PBC pay-per-view event on Prime Video (8 p.m. ET/5p.m. PT). In the main event, the winner of Tszyu-Fundora will take home both Tszyu’s junior middleweight WBO belt and the vacant WBC title, while junior welterweight world titleholder Rolando “Rolly” Romero will defend his belt against Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz in the co-main event.

Additionally, WBA middleweight titleholder Erislandy Lara will defend his belt against No. 1-rated mandatory challenger Michael Zerafa, and WBC flyweight titlist Julio César Martínez will defend his belt against unbeaten contender Angelino Cordova in the PPV opener.

A two-fight feature preceding the pay-per-view will be available for free to all fans, regardless of Prime membership or purchase of the PPV card. The PBC on Prime Video broadcast (6 p.m. ET/3 p.m. PT) will be topped by rising middleweight Elijah García against contender Kyrone Davis in a 10-round attraction, while contenders Serhii Bohachuk and Brian Mendoza will battle for the interim WBC junior middleweight title in the televised opener.

In addition to Moton-Cuba, the non-televised undercard will feature unbeaten Mirco Cuello (13-0, 11 KOs) taking on Sulaiman Segawa (16-3-1, 6 KOs) in a 10-round featherweight attraction, plus unbeaten junior lightweight prospect Justin Viloria (4-0, 3 KOs) facing Erick Benitez (5-5-1, 1 KO) in a six-round duel.

Rounding out the lineup will be unbeaten Kalpo Gallegos (3-0-1, 3 KOs) in a six-round featherweight bout against Eric Howard (6-1, 1 KO), and the pro debut of junior welterweight Adrian Neaves, who will take on Steven Walker (0-1) in a four-round bout.
