JENN GRANT “DREAMER – 2023”
Did you watch Heartland Episode 1701? To celebrate the 250th episode milestone, Heartland producers asked Jenn Grant if she would record a new version of “Dreamer” to premiere on Episode 1701 this past weekend. Jenn Grant’s original “Dreamer” has been Heartland’s iconic theme song since the start of the series in 2007. Check out this clip from the Heartland Instagram page with @jenngrantmusic:
Jenn Grant accepted the request to create a new rendition, and went on to say, “Heartland is such a beloved show and I continue to be so honoured to be a little part of this family over the past 17 seasons and counting. I know how much this song has come to mean to people and I wanted to create a special recording of it for them. I hope you love it, and I’m sending all my love to all the Heartland and Dreamer fans around the world”

Heartland’s Executive Producer Jordy Randall said, “Jenn Grant’s Dreamer has been a musical touchstone for Heartland since the beginning of the series. For our 250th episode we wanted to revisit ‘Dreamer’ with Jenn in an even more soulful way and were thrilled with what she did. We used the song within the episode, which created a really special moment for the audience.”

Heartland Season 17 World Premiere At Calgary International Film Festival
Last week there was an amazing celebration for the Heartland Season 17 World Premiere at the Calgary International Film Festival. It was an incredible night with Heartland cast including Amber Marshall, Shaun Johnston, Michelle Morgan, Chris Potter, Baye McPherson, Ruby and Emmanuella Spencer, Ava Tran, and of course, Spartan! Long time Heartlander Andrew Powell from “The Gate” came out to Alberta to visit us on set while we were in production. Check out the interview he did with Amber Marshall while he was on set. You may even get a few hints about what is to come for Season 17!
