Jack’s Family Restaurants Inc. CEO Todd Bartmess told The Business Journals: “We want to be seen as a growing brand and not just somebody who’s standing still.
“We want to be a great regional player in the Southeast where really our brand resonates with our guests and sort of the Southern lifestyle.”
“If you don’t have good food, then — and you’re a restaurant company — that’s a big problem,” Bartmess added.
“So, we do have great food and quality food that we think is better than most of the other competitors.”
