Why Was Pooh Shiesty Arrested?

Pooh Shiesty admitted guilt to a charge of conspiracy to possess guns and received a 63-month sentence in April of last year. U.S. District Judge Kevin Michael Moore delivered the verdict in Miami Federal Court.

The accusations are related to a shooting that took place in 2020. The shooting event happened in Florida’s Bay Harbor Islands. Prosecutors claim that Pooh Shiesty and two other individuals opened fire on a crowd of individuals during a marijuana and shoes deal.

However, Pooh and his friends purchased the items without paying anything and Shiesty was charged with shooting Cooper. At the time, Bradford Cohen, his attorney, said:

“Listen, nobody’s happy to go to prison, but he was happy the judge listened to our argument, and the judge received the argument well. He was satisfied with the outcome. We’re happy with the decision of the court.”

He might be required to pay $1.1 million in compensation for the two men who were allegedly shot and hurt during the event.

In response, Cohen has disputed the amount of reparations and asserted that the victims were armed and planning to buy drugs for Shiesty. The amount of compensation has been decided upon based on the victims’ medical reports.
