SAN ANTONIO — Giddy up and get down to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo starting on Thursday.
The event is returning for its 75th year. San Antonians can have a good heehaw time Feb. 8 through Feb. 25 at the Frost Bank Center. There will be live music, rodeo competitions, carnival rides, food and plenty more.

Here are a few things you need to know before slipping on your cowboy boots and heading to the east side of San Antonio.
How much are tickets?
Fairground tickets will grant you access to the livestock shows and carnival, but concert tickets are sold separately. Tickets for events held inside the Frost Bank Center will also grant you access to the fairgrounds, but prices vary based on your seat.
Standard Adult (ages 13-64): $15
Standard Child (ages 3-12): $5
Standard Senior (age 65+): $5
Those with a military ID will receive free admission to the fairgrounds.

What time does everything open?
Admittance in to the grounds will open every day at 9 a.m. and end at 11 p.m., except the last night when gates will close at 6 p.m.
The various attractions, including the carnival and concerts, have various operating times.
