8:00am Open Horse Show (ages 8 & Under) followed by 4-H Horse Show 6:00pm UTV Driving Contest 7-9pm 4-H/FFA/Open Class Static Entry

Wednesday – July 10
8am-12pm 4-H/FFA/Open Class Static Entry 5pm-10pm 4-H/FFA Beef, Sheep, Goat, Swine, Rabbits & Poultry Arrive on Grounds 6:00pm Pioneer Farm Family Award – Patio 6:30pm Dwight Czech Dancers—Patio 7:00pm Flag Retirement Ceremony (Location TBD day of event due to weather) 7-8pm 4-H/FFA Sheep & Goat Check In & Weigh In 7:30-8:30pm Ostry Family Entertainment – Patio 8:00pm 4-H/FFA Poultry Broiler Weigh-In 8-9pm 4-H/FFA Beef Check In & Weigh In 8:30 – 11pm Polka Dance – Patio 10:00pm All animals must be in place (Beef, Sheep, Goat, Swine, Poultry & Rabbits)
Thursday – July 11
7-9am 4-H/FFA Swine Weigh In 8:00am 4-H/FFA Sheep & Goat Show 12-10pm Exhibit Hall Open to Public 12:00pm Barn Bar Opens 12:00pm 4-H Companion Animal Show 1:00pm 4-H Rabbit Show immediately followed by Open Class Small Animal & Rabbit Judging 6:00pm DC Lynch Carnival Opens* 6:00pm Local High School Dance Teams/Cheer Squads and Desiree’s Dancers Performance – Grandstand 6-10pm Vendor Booths Open 6-9pm Tasting Nebraska – Open Air {Tasting Tickets and Souvenir Glasses Sold Separately} 9-11pm The Fun Pianos Dueling Pianos Show – Patio
Friday – July 12

7-9am Pancake & Sausage Breakfast—Patio 8am 4-H/FFA Beef Show 9am Horseshoe Pitching Contest—Patio 10am Sand Volleyball 10am Semi-Truck Show & Shine 10am Petting Zoo & Pony Rides Open 10am-10pm Exhibit Hall & Vendor Booths Open to Public 12:00pm Barn Bar Opens 1:00pm Static Exhibit Award Presentations & Pictures – Event Center 1:00pm Team Roping—Horse Arena 2pm Turtle Race & Frog Jumping Contest (No snapping turtles) 4-7pm Happy D Clown Face Painting—Open Air 5pm DC Lynch Carnival Opens* 5-7pm Burger Bash (while supplies last) 6-7pm Friends of David City Cow Pie Bingo—Arena 7pm Outlaw Tractor Pulls 9-1am Music —Patio $5 Admission (Free Admission with Grandstand Ticket)

9am-12pm Car Show & Shine Registration 10am Barn Bar Opens 10am Bloody Mary Bar (while supplies last) – Barn Bar 10am Exhibit Hall & Vendor Booths Open to Public 10am Petting Zoo & Pony Rides Open 10am Round Robin Showmanship Contest 11am 4-H/FFA Livestock Subsidy Auction & Awards—Show Arena 12-4pm Car Show 1pm DC Lynch Carnival Opens* 1pm Kiddie Car Races, Kiddie Tractor Pulls & Kiddie Horse Racing—Open Air 1-3pm Happy D Clown Face Painting—Open Air 3:30pm Car Show Awards 5pm Parade (Presented by The Parade Committee) 6-8pm Butler County Cuisine Night 6-10pm Music —Patio 6pm Release of Exhibits & Livestock 7:30pm Exhibit Hall Closes **Release of exhibits will continue Monday morning at 9am 4-H items will be at the Extension Office. Open Class will be at the Fair Office.
