SnowCheck Overview

SnowCheck is a program offered by Polaris every spring. Customers who place SnowCheck orders can pre-order limited edition snowmobile models while customizing their sleds.

SnowCheck applies to new model year snowmobiles only. Customers who take advantage of the SnowCheck program are eligible to order exclusive models that are not available in season.

SnowCheck for model year 2024 sleds started March 6, 2023 and ended March 29, 2023.

The eligible models and incentives for U.S. and Canadian customers are listed below.

Promotional Limited Warranty:2 YR = 12-month factory warranty + 12-month promotional limited warranty3 YR = 12-month factory warranty + 24-month promotional limited warranty

WarrantyPolaris Promotional Limited Warranty (PLW): The SnowCheck Promotional Limited Warranty consists of the standard 12-month factory warranty plus 12 or 24 months of promotional limited warranty coverage for a total of 24 or 36 months of warranty coverage. Any additional warranty coverage after the initial 12-month factory warranty is subject to a $50.00 deductible per claim.

Delayed Warranty Start: All eligible snowmobiles warranty registered between April 1, 2023 and November 30, 2023 will have their factory warranty in effect until November 30, 2024.

Warranty Registration: Warranty registrations must be submitted using Polaris electronic registration and must be received by Polaris as sold or no later than the ending date of the program December 31, 2023 11:59 p.m. CST.

FinancingCustomers placing a SnowCheck order are required to make a $500 minimum non-refundable, non-transferable deposit by March 29, 2023 with their dealer.

U.S. SnowCheck customers can qualify for a 36-month, 60-month or 84-month loan.

Canadian SnowCheck customers can qualify for an up to 72-month loan.

Protection PlanProducts purchased from Polaris will at times be offered with a Protection Plan as a promotional or special offer. If you have questions about a promotional or special offer protection plan, your Polaris Dealer is the best resource for questions. If you would like to extend a promotional or special offer Protection Plan, this can be done inside the Factory Warranty period at your dealer.

Polaris Protection Plans can be purchased only while the vehicle is within the Promotional Limited Warranty period.

OrderingThe ordering period for 2023 SnowCheck was March 6, 2023 through March 29, 2023.

Shipment GuaranteeTo be eligible for the SnowCheck shipment guarantee, a 2024 SnowCheck order must be

• finalized by the dealer and submitted through the Polaris SnowCheck order process by no later than 11:59 PM, CST on March 29th, 2023 and
• confirmed for availability and accepted by Polaris.

Once finalized and accepted, if Polaris does not ship the eligible order by November 30th, 2023 at 11:59 pm CST, Polaris will offer a $1,500 rebate to be applied at the time of purchase of the sled. The rebate will be paid to the dealer and applied to reduce the customer’s purchase price. The rebate is only available at purchase; if a customer cancels their order, the offer is void. Only the original SnowCheck customer identified when the order was finalized and accepted is eligible for this offer. Customer must pick up the snowmobile no later than 12/31/23 to be eligible for MY24 SnowCheck offers. Shipment means the eligible sled has been loaded on a carrier and has departed for delivery to the dealer. The actual delivery date to the dealer and to the customer will vary and are not guaranteed by Polaris or included in this offer.

PG&A Offers$50 off $250 PGA or $250 off $1,500 PGA

Eligibility: Any Customer who snowchecks a MY24 snowmobile will receive this exclusive offer via email to redeem their code in dealership.

Restrictions: Offer valid from August 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Purchase $250 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) worth of qualifying PG&A and receive $50 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) off. Purchase $1,500 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) worth of qualifying PG&A and receive $250 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar) off. Limit one (1) coupon per customer can be submitted for a maximum coupon value of $250 (U.S. or Canadian Dollar). This offer is only valid for model year 2024 Polaris snow check customers that received the offer. Offer is valid online at polaris.com and at authorized Polaris dealerships for Polaris branded snowmobile accessories, parts, lubricants, apparel, garage and other non-whole good products (collectively, “PG&A”) and includes Pro Armor Snow Accessories. Offer may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers or promotions. Offer is not transferrable or redeemable for cash or gift card, nor is it valid towards prior purchases. Coupon with valid code must be presented at time of purchase for discount to apply. Polaris, its dealers and their respective employees are not eligible for the discount. Not valid on non-Polaris products or qualified purchases before August 1st, 2023 or after December 31st, 2023. Offer subject to availability while supplies last. This offer may be discontinued or modified at any time by Polaris. Offer available only in the U.S. and Canada. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted. Returns of any qualifying purchase will require equal forfeiture of coupon value. Applicable tax, shipping and handling fees do not count toward minimum required purchase amount. Discount is applied after applicable tax, shipping and handling fees are added. Applicable tax, shipping and handling fees do not qualify for discount and are the responsibility of the purchasing consumer.

SnowCheck StatusSnowCheck customers should see their Polaris Dealer with questions regarding the status of their order. Your dealer will be your best resource for determining shipment and arrival dates as well as answering any questions regarding your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
