When Is Sneaker Con

After a highly raved debut in April 2023, Sneaker Con Southeast Asia is returning to Singapore for a second time on March 2 and 3 2024, much to the delight of sneakerheads around the region. Held at Resorts World Sentosa, the two-day convention will be a celebration of not just sneakers, but all things street culture-related, with over 2,000 vendors from all around the world present.

Browse and shop an insane selection of cool kicks – including exclusive rare models and custom pieces that you won’t find anywhere else – from your favourite brands like Nike, adidas, Puma, Fila, and other big brand names. One example would be the exclusive Kintsugi Air Jordan 1 Highs designed by local talent Mr Sabotage (Mark Ong), inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold – except, he uses Hermes scarves and vintage bandanas to give new life to sneakers. There are only 22 pairs of these available, and each one will be numbered and personalised with the buyer’s initials.

While there, dive into the Trading Pit and connect with other like-minded enthusiasts, and even swap items in your collection with theirs. Who knows, you might even manage to cop something that you’ve been lusting hard over but never managed to get your hands on due to high demand.

There will also be panel talks by sneaker influencers and trendsetters, an exciting game show with big prizes to be won, as well as a skatepark within the exhibition hall itself. Those who are feeling crafty can sign up for a Kibo x Absnc Sneaker Custom workshop, where you can try your hand at putting your own creative spin on a pair of sneakers.

Tickets still available at time of writing, with general admission prices starting from $52 – inclusive of special limited edition merchandise and a general raffle ticket for entry-level sneakers and other items. Book your tickets here. Special hotel bundles with a staycation at Equarius Hotel are also available, for those who wish to go all out.
