The show won over fans thanks to an epic feature-length pilot episode, which ended with one of the greatest twists in anime history. But Oshi no Ko wasn’t just a one-hit wonder, and its subsequent 11 episodes brought viewers an incisive look at the Japanese entertainment industry while also painting surprisingly detailed pictures of complex and loveable characters.

Oshi no Ko season two was confirmed after the season one finale in a teaser trailer.
After a few months of radio silence, a teaser visual released in November 2023 confirmed that Oshi no Ko season 2 will debut in Japan in 2024. We’ll be sure to update this page once we have more concrete information.
Oshi no Ko season 2 cast: Who’s in Oshi no Ko season 2?
We’d expect most of the cast to return in Oshi no Ko season two, especially Aqua and the members of the newly revived B Komachi. Their voice actors are as follows:

Oshi no Ko season two might be a while away, but there are plenty of clues in the source material about what will happen next.

Oshi no Ko season one took viewers through the events of the first 40 chapters of the original manga, roughly one-third of the story, with the final episodes wrapping up the First Concert Arc.
We don’t imagine season two of the anime will stray too far from the manga’s original narrative, given how devoted the creators were to staying as close to the source material as possible the first time around.
We’d expect season two to include manga arcs based around a stage adaptation of a famous manga, a variety show and a big-budget movie — plus the exciting conclusion to Aqua’s hunt for his father.
