Priscilla is based on the memoir Elvis and Me: The True Story of the Love Between Priscilla Presley and the King of Rock N’ Roll by Priscilla Beaulieu Presley with Sandra Harmon. It follows how the author first met the music icon when she was a teenager living on a military base in Germany, the ups and downs in the life they shared, their divorce and how her life changed forever after his death in 1977.

Written and directed by Sofia Coppola, Priscilla — which is based on Priscilla Beaulieu Presley’s memoir Elvis and Me — follows Priscilla Beaulieu (Cailee Spaeny) meeting and falling in love with Elvis Presley (Jacob Elordi) at a military base in Germany when she was a teenager. When she finally agrees to move in to the rock star’s luxurious Memphis estate, Beaulieu’s love affair with the King of Rock and Roll turns sour when she realizes he’s controlling, cold, abusive and isolating.
The film also stars Dagmara Domińczyk, Ari Cohen, Tim Post, Lynne Griffin, Dan Beirne, Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll, Dan Abramovici and others.
