The Buccaneer Updated August 24, 2018 The resort has been taking guest reservations since January 2018. The resort has been energized, cable TV has been fully restored, and the beach has been cleaned up. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino Updated September 26, 2018 After a review of the damage to Divi Carina Bay, resort management has made the decision to reopen in August of 2019. Please contact the resort via email at [email protected] for reservations booked directly on the website or by phone. Divi will reach out to travelers with the earliest arrival dates first. For reservations booked through a third-party provider, please contact them directly to cancel the reservation and determine their cancellation policy.
The Fred Updated September 20, 2018 The Fred made it through last year’s recent hurricanes relatively unscathed and is currently open for business. Westin St. John Resort & Villas Updated August 24, 2018 Due to the significant impact of Hurricane Irma, the recovery process for The Westin St. John Resort & Villas is ongoing. The Resort is scheduled to reopen in first quarter of 2019. All reservations with scheduled arrivals through January 3, 2019 have been cancelled and no new reservations are being accepted at this time. The Resort will publicize any updates as they arise.

Island Dream Vacations Updated August 24, 2018 Villa Viento, a luxurious 5 bedroom/5.5 bath on the Peterborg Peninsula of St. Thomas, has all amenities, including DISH TV, WiFi and air conditioning, and is accepting reservations. The beautifully renovated Sapphire Beach Resort penthouse condominiums are totally operational, including cable TV, WiFi and air conditioning, and are and accepting reservations. The pool is open as well as Sapphire Bar & Grill.
Cowpet Bay East Resort is still undergoing restoration/repair, however the lovely two bedroom/two bath called Beachside Escape II had no damage and is functional except no cable TV. DVD players are provided in all rooms as well as a selection of DVDs. There will be construction throughout the resort until summer. Cowpet will be expecting guests to arrive by early November. Marriott’s Frenchman’s Cove Updated August 24, 2018 The property has reopened. Owners and guests are able to enjoy the pool and hot tub, the beach has been cleared and is open for use, the pier is fully restored, the restaurant and Marketplace are open and operating and the resort activities department is operating normally. The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Thomas Located on the eastern tip of St. Thomas, the 105-residence Club has reopened. Members and guests are able to enjoy the pool, hot tubs, beach, Coconut Cove restaurant and resort activities. Several projects have been completed, including the installation of new elevators and two new generators, painting of the buildings’ exteriors and replacing and repairing air conditioning units, doors and gutters.
