Where Can I Return Chewy Products

We’re thrilled you’ve decided to shop with us and can’t wait to help you find everything you need for your furry, scaly, and feathered friends. Before we fetch your first order, we wanted to share a few quick rules of the road to keep this a pawsitively purrfect experience for all. Read on for the down-low on how we do things here at Chewy!

Placing Orders

To buy from us, just add items to your cart and head to checkout. We’ll calculate tax and shipping based on your location and send you an email confirmation when your order ships. We strive to ship most orders within 1 business day, but some items may take a little longer if they need to be fur-eshly stocked.

Once your order arrives, please inspect it within 3 days and contact us if anything is damaged or missing. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. We just ask that you return any items you don’t want within 30 days of delivery, in new and unused condition with tags attached.

Pricing & Payments

The prices you see are the prices you pay! We won’t pull any sneaky switcheroos. Unless otherwise noted, prices include shipping & handling. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Sorry, no bones or belly rubs.

Occasionally an item’s price may change between the time you add it to your cart and checkout. No worries! We’ll honor the lower price as long as your purchase is completed within 7 days.

Taxes

Based on where your items ship, you may be charged sales tax or other taxes/fees imposed by state and local governments. We aren’t fans of surprise taxes either, but the law’s the law!

Shipping Policies

Your order will ship as soon as possible after payment is received. We offer standard ground shipping, 2-day shipping, overnight shipping, and same-day delivery in select areas. Specific timeframes and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your mailing address.

We pack carefully using materials designed for pet products, but accidents can still happen during transit. Please inspect deliveries promptly and contact us about any shipping damages so we can make it right. We take full responsibility for items damaged in shipping.

Availability & Substitutions

We work hard to keep popular products stocked, but high demand may occasionally cause an item to be unavailable. When this happens, we’ll let you know and cancel just that item from your order, unless you approve a substitute suggested by our team. If you’d prefer not to substitute, we’re happy to refund you for any unavailable items.

Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, you can choose to backorder it. We’ll ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available. However, after 30 days we’ll cancel any unfilled backorders and refund you, unless you tell us you’d like to continue waiting.

Returns & Refunds

Not thrilled with an item? No big deal! You can return any unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just please send it back in new condition with original tags and packaging.

To start a return, contact our customer service team for a pre-paid return label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received at our warehouse. Any shipping fees paid initially won’t be refunded.

Product Reviews

We welcome your honest (but civil!) reviews on our products and services. Feedback helps other pet parents find the items that are just right for their fuzzy fam. Reviews must follow our review guidelines and may be edited or removed if inappropriate. By submitting a review, you’re giving us permission to publish it on our website.

Website Accuracy

We aim to provide the most accurate product info possible, but cannot be liable for inadvertent errors or omissions. Images may differ from the actual product. Exact specifications like size, color, and material may vary. Please reference product descriptions rather than images alone.
