Where Does Tony Stewart Live

NASCAR will be turning 75 in the coming year. Thousands of drivers have competed in the Cup Series since its inception, but only a select few made it to the very top. An even smaller number could do it more than once – among those very elite is Tony Stewart.

The competition is so tough in NASCAR that among the thousands and thousands of drivers that ever hoped and aimed to compete in the top league of stock car racing, only some could make it.

Only 35 drivers have won the Cup Series Championship in NASCAR’s 75 years of history. That shows how difficult it is to excel in NASCAR. A large chunk of those drivers have been one-time winners.

But not Tony Stewart. Stewart is among that minuscule percentile of NASCAR drivers who have won multiple Cup Series. And the driver did it against tough competition like Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson, as he made his way to 3 Cup Series – 2002, 2005, and 2011.

After retiring from racing in 2016, the legend shifted to full-time ownership of his team, Stewart-Haas Racing. His decorated career in racing and his time as an owner brought him a sizeable wealth of $90 million (2022).

Living in style – the Tony Stewart way

With all that money from his successful racing career, Stewart began to hunt for some real estate. Just like himself, he wasn’t looking for something ‘basic’, but a house that vibed with his personality. Unable to find a suitable abode, the Indiana man purchased a large piece of land in 2004.

He purchased the 415-acre piece of property in his hometown of Columbus, Indiana. From there on began the journey of building an ultra-luxury home, which was finally completed in 2011.

The Hidden Hollow Ranch, as it has been named, is a massive piece of real estate. Divided into the main house and the guest house, the former is an enormous 20,000 square feet with a grand aquarium to go along with it. With that is the 3,500 square foot guest house for Tony’s friends and family to complete the set.

They have built it with lodgepole pine and features 6 en suite bedrooms, a two-story waterfall and trout stream, stone fireplaces, and vaulted ceilings. A rustic luxury is how those lucky enough to have visited have defined it.

Stewart is not one to just sit inside his custom-built, multi-million property. He said in a YouTube video, “There’s always something that needs to be done or can be done on the property.” He was hinting towards the 9-acre stocked lake that can be used for fishing and also various game species on the property. The property is a licensed, abundant hunting reserve.

Stewart moves on from the Hidden Hollow

Stewart loves the property he designed and built. He said, “This is truly my dream home. We enjoyed every square inch of the land here. This became my place to get away and relax with my family and friends. The best part is that there is always something to do here. “

“The land is great for hunting and fishing, off-roading, or just sitting on the porch and enjoying the stars at night. It is the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation.”

However, he has decided to move on and sell the beautiful piece of prime Indiana real estate. Stewart placed a $30 million price tag on the Ranch which would make it the most expensive residential property in the state. The chasm is so large that the value of the property in second place on the list is $6.5 million.

However, literally, the million-dollar question is, who can purchase something at the price tag? Maybe another NASCAR driver could come up and splurge?
