Boot Barn, a Western apparel retailer, is relocating its store in Valley West Mall to a strip mall just over a mile away.
The cowboy and work boot store, also carrying men’s and women’s Western-inspired clothing, closed its mall location in May and moved into a vacancy at Westowne Shopping Center on the corner of 22nd Street and Westown Parkway in West Des Moines. The space formerly housed a Gold’s Gym that closed in 2020.
