A daredevil tourist opted to hanging onto the back of a truck as opposed to an open-top bus when travelling around London.
While most visitors to London take in the sights and sounds of the city on an open-top bus or walking tour, urban explorer ‘shiey’ travelled around the city in a very unique and scary way.

Visiting from Vilnius, Lithuania, the daredevil tourist and a friend hopped onto the back of a moving truck as it drove around the night-time streets.
Hanging on for dear life, Shiey managed to capture the hair-raising experience on camera.

But soon after the lorry begins to pull away, his friend struggles to keep a hold of the truck’s mostly flat surface.
‘I’m getting off as soon as I can,’ he says, before adding, ‘This is f***ing killing me! I can’t hold on very long.’
Shiey tells him to keep calm and hold on a bit longer, as he looks around the side of the lorry to see when it will slow down.
In the doing this, the driver notices him hanging from the back and appears to try and shake them off while travelling at speed.
They hold their grip as the truck rushes through the night air, and when it finally comes to a stop at a set of traffic lights they make their escape.

Shiey said: ‘A friend and I were tired and wanted to find a quicker way home then walking so we jumped on the back of a truck which stopped at a red light near us.
‘The truck took us the wrong way and it didn’t stop for a while which tired our hands.
‘The driver noticed us and tried to shake us off. Good thing we held on and didn’t die by falling off the back of the truck going at a high speed.’
The urban explorer recently completed an unofficial trip through the exclusion zone surrounding Chernobyl’s nuclear power station.
He is also known for dangerous train and bus surfing stunts, clips of which he uses in music videos for his social media channel.
